Glitch in Internet Explorer 6

This website experiences an inconsistent problem in Internet Explorer. Basically, in the upper left area of the main (white) section a gray box that varies in size will appear. The box disappears when scrolling down then up again. Slight variations of this problem appear on any of the pages. Pictures:
